Policy on Use of Images

Unless otherwise noted, the pictures and written text on racphoto.com are © Rick Cameron 1994-2005.

If you would like to use some of my wildlife images, I may give permission for free use in some limited circumstances. Please email me at for permission, and describe the situation where the image will be used, any deadlines you may have, etc. I run this site for fun, so it may take me a few days to get back to you.

Usage may be granted under the following circumstances:

1. You are a non-profit or are using the images for personal use.
2. You can use the images available on the web (i.e., you don't need the original negative or slide for film images or the full-size image for digital images).
3. If for print use, the image distribution will be limited.
4. No fees are charged for access to the images or the site where they will be used.
5. Appropriate credit is given.

Usage will not be granted for any commercial or not-for-profit agencies, or for any situation where I feel payment for use is appropriate.
